As an Integrative Health Practitioner, top 1% podcaster, and presenter, I design workshops and live experiences built around wellness, the nervous system, breath, rhythm, and identity - all created to help busy women feel alive in the middle of their lives, not after them.
These workshops are also available on request for the brands I partner with, adapted for teams, events, and wellness activations that want something with real depth, not a box-ticking wellness slot.
WHOOP (Podcast + Social Partnership)
As a WHOOP Global Creator, I partnered with WHOOP to create integrated podcast ads, social story content, and email mail outs focused on female focused stress, anxiety, recovery, and nervous system health. I educated audiences on the power of understanding their nervous system to understand how we feel in our day to day life, as well as how tracking data to optimize wellness and performance can support a calmer, easier life.
Sol De Janeiro (Workshop + Podcast Partnership)
To support the launch of the Delícia Drench Body Cream and Cheirosa 59 Body Mist with Sol de Janeiro, I created and delivered the ‘Love Your Layers’ emotional workshop live, a 2 hour live session, exploring the connection between how to better understand the layers of who we are.
The activation included a press and influencer event (200 attendees, 99% attendance) and a consumer evening event (sold out in 2 minutes), in partnership with clinical psychologist Dr. Tari Mack.
The workshop took busy women on a therapy-led journey to better understand themselves.
Alo Yoga (Workshop Partnership)
Partnered with Alo Yoga to host one of their highest-attended Serenity Sundays, delivering my signature ‘Dream Morning Routine’ workshop taking 50+ busy women how to incorporate daylight, reflection, energy, activation and movement into their morning to step into the day with a balanced nervoys sytem.
The event sold out in minutes and guided guests through my personally created 5-step morning routine, designed to blend somatic practices, mindset rituals, and nervous system regulation techniques. This experiential session gave attendees practical tools to reduce stress, regulate their nervous system, and start their day grounded and empowered - aligning perfectly with Alo’s wellness mission.
